Crime Report: A Sharp Decrease in Crime and Left-Behind Items Stolen from Restaurants and Bars

The 88th Precinct saw half as many felonies last week as it did the week before. Among them, locals reported their belongings stolen from restaurants and bars, and thefts on the street.
