9-Year-Old Boy Killed in DeKalb Avenue Car Collision

The driver of an out-of-control SUV that mounted a DeKalb Avenue sidewalk and killed a 9-year-old boy on Saturday afternoon has been arrested and charged with criminally negligent homicide.
